Aserait 7th March 2011	To all gender activists and those opposed to it, we need to learn that, women empowerment does not mean, a woman wants to turn into a man. Out there, so many women take on the roles which are for the men most especially in the low developed countries. It does not mean women are superior to men! What is most important is that, women should be given freedom to participate fully at every level of development right from clan/elders meetings, national public offices,legislature, economic, social and political sphere of life. Interestingly, it makes a woman and a man to manufacture a baby,in the same manner men should participate in roles culturally designed for women like bathing the babies,carrying them looking after the sick family menber or relative. Male activists can agree with me, it is actually fun to participate in house chores. Let's eliminate cultural beliefs that make men shy away from helping their wives in the homes. For those who are against this either male or female, What would you do if you were a citizen of gender empowered country? It looks backward for men to feel insecure when we women are in control, support women and develop your nations to make it a better world to live in. Mind you we are all people with feelings, red blood regardless of race,religion etc. We will definitely not treat males like outdated products as most do to us. Empower us to do what you can do, remember women are hard working than men do and we do triple work than men for instance, I come back home from work when the sun is setting to begin a new day while the man just keeps on turning the T.V station and even lazy to get himself a glass of water near him even bathing himself. Male gender activists and female gender activists can agree with me! Gender empowerment starts from your own/my own "HOUSE/HOME"! I believe
Amy+Becker 21st September 2010	Kathy, I agree with everything you said but even more important, I showed this to my husband's brother and my two brothers and they all agreed with everything you said. I did ask them if they did mean everything, including "far superior to her male counterparts " and each of them said yes, there is too much evidence to show it is a fact. In fact several of my male co workers said no way when in public, but many of them did tell me that they did that only to protect their image but that they too did realize women are superior to males overall. I think you are right, even most males know it.
Sara 22nd May 2010	I don't agree with you Kathy. I don't think we are superior to the males. We're all human beings who can do horrible things as well as good things. If women we're in power I think some women would also abuse that power. Women are not innocent, we might be physically weaker than men and we're stopped by a SYSTEM (not just men) that systematically prevents us from getting more power. But if this system didn't exist and we were all equal I don't think women would be some kind of sweet and innocent angels who would only do good things. People are complex beings and both good and bad. I think some of us would act like @hole too if we got the chance, but maybe use different tools than what men have been using.
Kathy 21st April 2010	We should not have to "empower women to do what we should have been doing along but in our male oriented society would not want anyone to know that women are far superior to her male counterparts would we although I do believe almost every woman knows it and in reality, most males know it too but will not admit that women are superior to the males. Our world will be a lot better off when women are in control. I am sure we will not treat the males like 2nd class citizens as we have been treated.
