5th August 2009 		Marriage has been considered as one of the building pillars of society. if it's rate declines, the social norm of the people may decline in any rate. Sex must be constrained within a certain limit, and marriage conserves it to a certain extent. A modern state may politically exist as long as the economic driving force exists, however, not a socio-political state which ensures a longer state-life than the former one.
