History
Finished in 1965, it was designed by Robert Lee Hall and Associates. Since its' completion, 100 North Main has stood as a focal point of the Memphis riverfront skyline. Its main tenant was Union Planters Bank for several years until bought out.In 2006, it was priced for sale at $20 million dollars. Due to downtown economic struggles in Memphis, much office space began to decline in value. At 436,280 square feet, of which only 50% is currently occupied, 100 North Main would sell for approximately $46 per square foot. Union Planters Bank was a large national bank based in Memphis, Tennessee. ...
