In 2003, a small moon of Elektra was detected from Keck II telescope. The diameter of the satellite is 4 km and it orbits at a distance of about 1170 km. The satellite received a provisional designation, S/2003 (130) 1. It will eventually receive an official name.
Deconvolved images of Elektra show an elongated but not bi-lobated body.
Elektra Natchios, the daughter of a Greek ambassador, studied the martial arts as an adolescent.
A year, later, Elektra and her father were held hostage by terrorists in a building on campus.
During the year she spent in Stick’s order, Elektra greatly developed her martial arts prowess, but Stick told her to leave the group since she was still filled with pain over her father’s death and hatred for the world she blamed for it.
The kidnappers created a commotion at his entrance, Elektra was able to free her bonds, but the police outside mistook the chaos to be trouble and accidentally shot Mr.
Elektra has since worn that red scarf or something like it as the signature bandanna in her traditional costume.
Elektra atoned for her sins by opening a dojo in NYC years after the episode in South America (see Ken Wind and Agent Garrett in "Elektra: Assassin").
