175 Greenwich Street is the address for a new office building to be erected as part of the World Trade Center reconstruction in New York City. The building has also been referred to as World Trade Center 3 and will on the east side of Greenwich Street, across the street from the original location of the twin towers that were destroyed during the September 11, 2001 attacks. Noted architectSir Richard Rogers has been awarded the contract to design the building, which will be 1,155 feet (352 m) tall. The four spires in the design would give the building a pinnacle height of 1,255 feet (383 m).[1] The total floor space of the building is anticipated to include 2.0 million square feet of office and retail space.
