Rail transport undertakings which provide public rail transport services for passengers in compliance with subsection 9 (3) of this Act, and other transport services are required to keep separate accounting of the revenue and expenditure relating to the areas of public rail transport services for passengers and other rail transport services.
A possessor of rail vehicles who is not a rail transport undertaking shall, for use of single railway capacities intended for specific purposes, enter into a contract with a rail transport undertaking who performs the carriage for specific purposes on behalf of the possessor of the rail vehicle.
