  • February 9-12 - heavy fighting continues between Peru and Ecuador, with two Peruvian Sukhoi Su-22s shot down by an Ecuadorian Dassault Mirage F1s, and a Cessna A-37 shot down by an IAI Kfir
  • February 10 - the prototype Antonov An-70 is destroyed after a mid-air collision with an An-72 chase plane. All seven aboard are killed in the crash.
  • February 13 - $US 5 million in damage is caused when a violent thunderstorm hits Miami International Airport. Four airliners and nine airbridges are seriously damaged.

Aviation Portneuf Ltée (hereinafter the Licensee) has applied to the National Transportation Agency for the suspension set out in the title.
To reinstate the suspended services, the Licensee is hereby required to file an application by no later than November 7, 1995.
When the Agency is satisfied, based upon material on file or from information specifically requested from the Licensee, that the Licensee is Canadian, holds a Canadian aviation document (operating certificate) and has filed a valid certificate of insurance, the Agency shall reinstate that portion of the licences which is suspended.
