 | (a) Except as provided in 258 CMR 22.02(3)(b) below, a social worker shall, upon written request by a client or prospective client or an authorized legal representative of that client or prospective client, permit that client or prospective client or his or her authorized legal representative to inspect his or her clinical treatment record. |
