However, having reflected on the articles, letters etc, I conclude that Willets and Cameron would probably have been correct had they said that since grammar schools work very well they would be preserved but that it was vital for a tory government to deal first with poor schools, of which there are clearly too many.
And anybody who questions any aspect of this doctrine must be a nazi, who would like to institute a programme of eugenics to try to breed a master race.
I believe the party leadership are right in thinmking it may be necessary to give schools the power to be able to make there schools more mixed.
