History

3 News was originally known as 3 National News and first went on air in late 1989 when TV3 began broadcasting. Its original presenter was the veteran New Zealand news anchor Phillip Sherry. Other presenters in the early days included Joanna Paul and John Hawkesby. TV3 is a commercial television station in New Zealand. ...
