Four share repayments were made to members as loans were repaid; final liquidation occurred June 30, 1973 and resulted in members receiving a total of 97% of their share balances.
According to Article III, Section 1E of the consitution and bylaws of Local 368, effective January 1, 1964 all members were required to pay the Union 2% of the minimum wage scale earned on any engagement.
