Jetstar Asia Airways Private Limited (Chinese: 捷星亚洲航空公司) is the Asian offshoot of Qantas Airways, and the third Low-cost carrier to be launched in Singapore. Qantas owns 49.9% of the airline, with the other stakes held by the Singapore government's Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited (19%) and two prominent Singaporean businessmen, Tony Chew (22%) and FF Wong (10%).
