4NT is a command line interpreter by JP Software, designed as a substitute for the default command interpreter cmd.exe in Microsoft's Windows NT line of operating systems. 4NT is based on the earlier 4DOS command shell for DOS, and in fact older versions were named 4DOS for the Windows NT Operating System.
