5 Fingers is a 1951 film directed by Joseph L. Mankiewicz. The screenplay was based on I was Cicero, the memoirs of Elyesa Bazna, a spy who was active in Ankara, Turkey during the Second World War. He sold top-secret information to the Nazis through the German ambassador in Ankara, Franz von Papen, who gave him the codename "Cicero". 1951 was a common year starting on Monday; see its calendar. ...
