7th Level merged with Pulse Entertainment on the 17th of November, 1997 to create P7 Solutions — an integrated solutions company.[1] The distribution rights for the three Monty Python games were acquired by Panasonic Interactive Media the next day,[2] ending 7th Level's involvement with game development and publishing.

Dallas-based 7th Level Inc. said that it and privately-held Pulse Entertainment Inc. of Los Angeles have decided not to proceed with their proposed merger.
