FACTOID # 140: In Switzerland, the average person has to work for 102 minutes to buy a kilogram of beef - one of the longest times in the developed world. On the other hand, they only have work 14 hours to buy a refrigerator for it.

Utah Highways Pages - Route 80 (5015 words)
Interstate 80 is one of the nation's longest interstate highways at 2917 miles, running from the junction with US 101 near the San Francisco Civic Center to I-95 in Teaneck, New Jersey.
These days, on I-80, the only things to break the monotony of the salt flat crossing are two pair of rest areas, one at milepost 10 and the other near milepost 54, and the towering sculpture Metaphor: The Tree of Utah at milepost 26.
Westbound I-80 traffic flowed onto northbound I-15 as usual (at the time, the closure at State Street hadn't been thought of yet), and as that trafic approached the signs directing "I-80 WEST Airport Reno", motorists encountered a string of orange barrels blocking access to the ramp they needed.
Interstate 80 @ Interstate-Guide.com (6265 words)
It closely parallels Interstate 80 in Wyoming and Nebraska, combining with the freeway in the least populated areas (such as the continuously merged portion of Interstate 80 and U.S. 30 between Granger and Walcott in Wyoming, a distance of 170 miles).
Revision and reconstruction of the Interstate 80, 94, 294, and Illinois 394 interchange
Westbound Interstate 80 defaults onto U.S. 101 southbound here, and the two right lanes head north on U.S. At one time, U.S. 101 was planned for a freeway north to the Golden Gate Bridge; this freeway is very unlikely for construction due to the high density of communities at the northern end of the peninsula.
