It was originally set to be released on September 5, 2006, but Nuclear Blast changed the release date to September 1, 2006 (Except in North-America where it was released September 5). The promo version of the album leaked on July 2, 2006. The retail version of the album leaked in August of 2006 with "Dead Sound of Misery" and the English interview.
