A.P.I.A. Leichhardt Tigers are a football (soccer) club based in Sydney, Australia. The Tigers were formed in 1954, and played in the Australian National Soccer League between 1979 and 1992, and were Champions in the 1987 season. They are currently members of the New South Wales Premier League. In typical game play, players attempt to move towards a goal through individual control of the ball, such as by dribbling (running with the ball close to their feet); by passing the ball from team-mate to team-mate; and by taking shots at the goal. ...
