| ABLS shall act as a representative body for Black and other students desiring affiliation matriculated at Rutgers Law School subject to the provision in Article IV. |
| ABLS shall be vested with all powers necessary to pursue the aforementioned objectives. |
| Vice-Chairperson for Academic Affairs – the duties for the Vice-Chairperson for Academic Affairs shall be to coordinate all ABLS activities undertaken within Rutgers Law School; to serve as an ex-officio member of all ABLS committees; and to perform all duties of the Chairperson of ABLS in his/her absence or disability. |
