Aaron Fox is a musicologist, professional country guitarist, and Associate Professor of Music and Director of the Center for Ethnomusicology at Columbia University.

Her father's name was AaronFox, who died rather young, leaving a wife and eight children, all small; three of the youngest being given to families to raise.
Fox was born in Ohio 70 years ago where she married and where some of her children were born.
Fox, it appears, was standing up in his wagon, unconscious of his impending death and was even warned by Max Swerdberger that the train was coming but he did not hear the the warning and drove onto the track.
