Abdalá Bucaram Ortiz (born 1952 in Guayaquil) is an Ecuadorian politician, former police chief of Guayas, former Guayaquil mayor, founder and member of the Partido Roldosista Ecuatoriano (PRE), former president of Ecuador (19961997), and former president of a soccer team in Guayaquil called Barcelona SC.
