Axel Asher was a native of the universe known as the Marvel Universe (Earth-616), and first became aware of his extraordinary powers at the time when the DC and Marvel Universes started to merge. Access has the ability to create inter-dimensional gateways between the universes. He can use these gateways to teleport and travel in time.
