Ace got his start at Mike Sharpe's wrestling school in Bricktown, New Jersey. Early in his career, he tagged with Mr. Motion as Young Lust. Througout the 1990s, Ace wrestled for the ECWA, World Wide Wrestling Alliance, PCW, and ISPW. In 1998, he won the PCW Tag Team Championship with Glen Osbourne in Reading, Pennsylvania.
