Death of Ace

Ace Troubleshooter came to an abrupt end in February 2005 when lead singer John Warne left to play bass for Relient K. Toby David posted the announcement of the Ace's death on the band's message board, mentioning that even though he was not an original member of the band, he felt like he was. [2] It has been said that Ace was starting to fall apart as it was, and they were not going anywhere, which may have led to the band's split. Members

The Ace Troubleshooter lineup changed several times; even Relient K drummer Dave Douglas filled in as a guitarist for a short time. Only two original members remained when the band came to an end. Those two members, John Warne and Josh Abbott, both played in the short-lived band Guerilla Rodeo shortly before Ace's death. Friendship with Relient K

Relient K was often known as the "brother band" to Ace Troubleshooter. Relient K and Ace toured together for years, and the members were all friends with each other. This explains why Dave Douglas filled in as a guitarist for Ace at one point and why John Warne filled in as bassist for Relient K when Brian Pittman first left. Born on October 21 in 1980 in Canton, Ohio, Brian Pittman played bass in the band Relient K, from the bands beginning in 1997 until the Bleachs farewell show on August 29, 2004, when he left the band to pursue a career in landscaping. ...
