ACP countries - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (346 words)
The ACP States are the countries that are signatories of the Lomé Convention.
One of the major differences with the Lomé convention is that the partnership is extended to new actors like civil society, private sector, trade unions, local authorities, etc. These will be involved in consultations and planning of national development strategies, provided with access to financial resources and involved in the implementation of programmes.
The fourth Lomé Convention was revised in 1995 in Mauritius.
Aviation Council of Pennsylvania (ACP) (665 words)
The purpose of the ACP is to represent the Pennsylvania Aviation Community in matters involving government and private sector interests; to improve and promote aviation in partnership with Local, State and Federal Government; and to increase and enhance public awareness of aviation.
The ACP is served by Officers and a Board of Directors elected to office by the membership of the Council.
ACP Officers are elected to the respective post by the Board of Directors.
