To have your driver license expiration extended until you are no longer on activeduty or return to Wisconsin, you will need to send a signed statement that includes your name, date of birth, social security number, current Wisconsin address and your temporary mailing address.
The statement may be submitted by you, a relative or friend and should indicate that you are on activeduty.
