AdairCounty is a county located in the state of Missouri.
The county was organized in 1841 and named for John Adair, governor of Kentucky.
In the county the population is spread out with 19.20% under the age of 18, 27.40% from 18 to 24, 22.80% from 25 to 44, 18.40% from 45 to 64, and 12.30% who are 65 years of age or older.
