Adalar is a collection of islands just off the coast of Istanbul, Turkey. There are four main islands: Burgaz Ada, Heybeli Ada, Buyuk (Large) Ada and Sedef Adasi. They have been popular since late Ottoman times with the wealthy (in Ottoman times mostly Greek, Armenian and some Jewish communities) But are now popular with the rich from all of Turkey's religious and ethnic groups. Pass Yedi Adalar is Dogu Bay located between Taneli Cape and the 4th island south of the eastern peninsula.
