Profesor of Political Sciences. He is one of the main important theorists and analysers about Democratic Societies, Democratic Theory, and Political Economy, of our days. He was born in Warsaw in 1934, obtaining his MA. at the university of Warsaw in 1961, and his Phd. at Northwestern University (USA), in 1966. He is now Full Professor at the Wilf Family department of Politics at the New York University.
