Adamstown is the only settlement of the Pitcairn Islands, and by default, the capital of the Pitcairn Islands. It is located on the central north of the island and has a population of 50 - the entire population of the Pitcairn Islands. Adamstown currently holds the record for the smallest capital in the world, yet it still has access to television, Internet, and telephone lines.
