Adhamiya is a wealthy and very exclusive area of baghdad,its inhabitants and mostly sunni but nevertheless it is considered a mixed area as many people have the inclination to move here to enjoy the scenic beauty that this area possesses,saddams main palace is also located here,as is the mosque of imam abu hanifa,a reknowned scholar and the founder of one of sunni islams four schools of thought,the hanafi school of thought,he is known to be buried here.
