ABDL Play

The actual play in ABDL is varied widely from person to person. It mostly depends on the fantasy the person has, but willingness of a partner plays a major role, or if there is no partner, the persons own inventiveness. ABs who engage in regressive roleplaying with partners often incorporate restraints into their roleplay in order to increase the feeling of being completely dominated by another. The desire for domination by another is a psychological aspect of infantilism that often manifests itself in areas of the lives of infantilists outside of regressive roleplaying.

Sex Toys Used by Some AB's

ABDL play and sex-play do not always go together. Whether or not the sex-play is made a part of the ABDL play varies greatly from person to person. If the individual should choose to incorporate sex-play into his or her regressive roleplaying, certain toys will also often accompany such roleplaying.

Regressive roleplaying can last for anywhere from only a few minutes, to continuously for several months. The most common time intervals for the roleplaying are often a few hours, a day or a weekend. What if my baby doesn't want to listen to me and be a good AB?

This can be as stressfull as having a real baby or more so; but this could also be a sign the baby wishes to have another activity; spanking is very intimate as well as it puts the trust from your AB into your hands (pun not intended) and lets them be more submissive. Even if your AB doesnt want a spanking, try it any ways if they are stepping out of line.

It should however be remembered that in many cases infantilism occurs in persons who were in childhood subject to physical or emotional abuse. Therefore, it is best to ask the AB person before making the assumption that physical punishments such as spanking would be pleasurable for that person. Such punishments may in fact be very unpleasant.
