The London production opened at the Pavilion Theatre on September 17, 1919. The Broadway production opened on November 8, 1920 at the Central Theatre and ran for 168 performances.

AFGAR also supports the creation of environments where at risk youth, ages 10-17, can go and meet other kids their age in safety and without fear and where teens can participate in recreation, education, and community based activities and receive services such as counseling, job training, and late-night recreational alternatives.
AFGAR wants to advertise in various media to keep in the minds of these young girls and the general public the dangers that exist for those who live on the streets.
AFGAR plans to help open a temporary shelter for girls rescued from Arab villages and for those who are living on the street and cannot return home.
