Book Description Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow. Sunnydale Drive-In finally reopens with a long evening festival of classic movies. Whilst Buffy, Willow, and Cordelia show little interest, Xander, spends his afternoons on the drive-in's work crew. Buffy is distanced whilst werewolves vanish like ghosts and odd dated vampires are seen throughout town. Most importantly a sleeping sickness sweeps the town, its victims suffer extreme drowsiness and even comas. Balsamo is promising to a select few star seating for upcoming chaos.
Continuity - Suppose to be set in BtVS's second season, after Spike and Dru, have arrived in Sunnydale, but before Angel has lost his soul.
