Aggravatedassault pursuant to subsection A, paragraph 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 15 or 16 of this section is a class 6 felony.
Aggravatedassault pursuant to subsection A, paragraph 14 of this section committed on a peace officer while the officer is engaged in the execution of any official duties is a class 3 felony.
