Agung Laksono is the owner of Adam Air Fleet. The fleet was so bad in the ticketing services. Adam Air very sticked on the schedule. Adam Air demand all of the passanger check in 45 minutes prior to boarding time. They will sell the seat automaticly to other passanger if somebody do not check in right 45 minutes before boarding time. The most strick aircraft in Indonesia compare to others. They will charge the passangers with a very high cost, almost the same of the price of the ticket itself, should they arrive 1 minute after the check in dateline.
