Air Lithuania (IATA code TT) is regional airline, subsidiary of Lithuanian Airlines. Head office of Air Lithuania is located in Kaunas International Airport. It also provides charter flights, has cargo services and aircraft rental.

Air Lithuania (in Lithuanian language refers to itself as "Aviakompanija Lietuva" (litterally Air Company "Lithuania")) is a regional airline based in Kaunas in Lithuania.
Air Lithuania was established as a state-owned company on 13 September 1991 after the reorganization of Aeroflot Kaunas Joint Air Detachment and started operations on 15 February 1992 on charter flights.
Air Lithuania is now owned 100% by Arijus, the Lithuanian transport and logistics company.

Air Lithuania, the state-owned regional airline, was established on 13 September 1991, based on the former flying subdivision of the Kaunas joint air detachment of Aeroflot.
Air Lithuania is working hard, not only searching for new markets but also in consolidating the ones it has acquired: passenger services are being improved, much more attention is being paid to security, and so on.
Air Lithuania is mainly orientated to passenger carriage (in 1995 we carried more than 37 000 passengers) but it also offers cargo services (in 1995: 316 tons of cargo).
