AirCare is a vehicle emissions testing program in place in the British ColumbiaLower Mainland and Fraser Valley. Drivers are required to demonstrate that their vehicle has recently passed an emissions test before they are permitted to renew their auto insurance. AirCare serves as a link between UMC and other Mississippi hospitals, making the unique resources of UMC more readily accessible to physicians and patients throughout the state.

The back medical portion of AirCare, separated by a wall from Bennett's front pilot compartment, is less than the width of a sub-compact auto and about as long as the fold-down storage area of a full-size station wagon.
AirCare's equipment includes: surgical tools, a detachable medical bed, a portable liquid oxygen system, computerized vital signs monitor, a defibrillation system, a system to re-expand lungs, a blood oxygen monitor system which can provide blood and other vital fluids intravenously.
AirCare generally does not fly in heavy fog, freezing rain, low visibility or if the cloud ceiling is lower than 700 feet.
