Ajisu (阿知須町; -cho) is a town located in Yoshiki District, Yamaguchi, Japan.


As of 2003, the town has an estimated population of 8,926 and a density of 350.18 persons per km2. The total area is 25.49 km2.

Yamaguchi Prefecture is situated in the west of the Japanese island of Honshu.
Occupying an area of 6,108 square kilometers, Yamaguchi is bordered by the Sea of Japan, the Inland Sea, and the Hibiki Sea and by Shimane and Hiroshima prefectures.
On October 1, 2005, the towns of Tokuji from Saba District and Aio, Ajisu and Ogori (all from Yoshiki District) merged into the city of Yamaguchi(2nd generation) to form the new city of Yamaguchi (3rd generation).
