One of the dirtiest areas of Dubai with an increasingly high over crowded popluation density residing in this area.

Anti social behaviour is on a high rise in this area primarily due to its residents being from the lower middle class of the income barrier.

The rent being low in most of the almost dilapilated buildings is another factor that drives residents into this area.

Car parking is almost impossible to find in most places even with the concept of paid parking. Most of the cars are spewed all across the footpath and some cars occuping half of the other lanes.

The situtation is predicted to improve after the government demolishes most of the old buildings.
