History
We were first introcuded to Alan in December 1987 as the downstairs neighbour to Sue and Ali Osman. Alan would play his music extrememly loudly at all hours as well as hold unruly parties. The Osman's were left exhausted and irritable from severe lack of sleep. After much pressurising from Sue, Ali was forced to go and reason with Alan, however Alan refused to take their complaints on board.
