Powers and abilities

Alejandro's power works in conjunction with his sister Maya's. When Maya's ability manifests, he is able to draw the sickness out of her body and into his own, neutralizing it within a few seconds. Beforehand, he remains unaffected by the disease, allowing him to cure her without being disabled. Just like Maya can infect people without having to touch them (or even see them), Alejandro's power is able to cure anyone she has infected, provided the period of infection is fairly short and the victim is still alive.
