Albrecht (born August 14, 1976 in Vienna, Virginia) is an American television personality, actor, podcaster, singer and songwriter who resides in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. He is best known for co-hosting the former TechTV television program The Screen Savers, an hour-long computer and technology variety show. The first episode of Ctrl+Alt+Chicken, which Alex hosted alongside his girlfriend Heather Stewart, was released March 23, 2006 and included a recipe and instructions for cooking Chicken Cordon Bleu.
