Alex, real name Alexsandro de Souza, (born September 14, 1977 in Curitiba) is a Brazilian football (soccer) attcking midfielder, who currently plays for Fenerbahce in Turkey. Alex rose to prominense with Cruzeiro between 2001 and 2003. Alex is know by his ability and refined technique with his left leg. He is brilliant in free kicks and conner kicks and is also a great scorer, with beautiful goals scored in every team he has played. Alex is 174cm tall and weighs 68kg.
