Alexander Staliyevich Voloshin (Russian: Александр Стальевич Волошин) (b. March 3, 1956) is a Russian politician and chairman of Board of Directors of the electricity company Unified Energy System. He served as head of the Presidential Administration, or "Chief of Staff", in Russia from 1999 to 2003.
