Algernon Darius "Alge" Crumpler (born December 23, 1977) is an American football player in the National Football League, currently playing for the Atlanta Falcons. He was drafted out of the University of North Carolina by the Falcons with the fourth pick of the second round of the 2001 NFL Draft. Through time, he has emerged as one of Falcons QB Michael Vick's favorite targets. He is the son of former Buffalo Bills player Carlester Crumpler and younger brother of former Seattle Seahawks and Minnesota Vikings tight end Carlester Crumpler Jr. and older brother of musician Bryan Crumpler[1].
