| Tiene a la vista para dictar sentencia el expediente que corresponde al recurso interpuesto por la señora Alicia Jaún de Acuña en contra del Secretario General de la Organización de los Estados Americanos. |
| I. Que el 24 de julio de 1989 se presentó al Tribunal la señora Alicia Jaún de Acuña a interponer contra el Secretario General de la OEA el recurso que autoriza el artículo II del Estatuto del Tribunal Administrativo. |

| I. On July 24, 1989, Alicia Jaún de Acuña filed a complaint against the Secretary General of the OAS, as authorized by Article II of the Statute of the Tribunal. |
| The Tribunal considers that since the payment was not made, she should be awarded interest on its amount from the date of her separation to the date on which payment is made. |
| The decision of the General Secretariat of January 26, 1989, to terminate the Complainant is lawful, and therefore Alicia Jaún de Acuña need not be reinstated in the post she held at the time of her separation. |
