The nearby communities are Kato Achaia in the west and is bordered by a river, and Kaminia to the northeast in the municipality of Vrachneika. Distance from Patras is 20 km SW, and Pyrgos is 78 km NE. The location is 38.1333 (38°8'8) N and the longitude is 21.5833 (21°35'17) E. Its postal code is 250 02 and the dialing code is +30-26930.
