Episode recap Tony is forced to make a decision regarding his cousin, Tony Blundetto. With New York continuing to press violence onto Soprano soldiers particularly Benny Fazio and threatening Christopher, Tony knows he must take action. At Raymond Curto's birthday dinner, Tony delivers a speech regarding the position the family currently is in. He states that "[they] must deal with this as a family and those of [them] who are not with him...will be dealt with in time". The soldiers however are not giving up without a fight. Vito states that he would be willing to die for a good cause. At the pork store, Larry Boy Barese and associates discuss Tony's favoritism towards his cousin and that he would have surrendered anyone else. Tony seeks out help from Dr. Melfi but because he cannot get into great detail, she is unable to treat him. This causes Dr. Melfi to become very angered due to the fact that a majority of Tony's life is excluded from the therapy sessions. Tony then asks for the advice of Uncle Junior who is still homebound. Junior turns to be no help since he is more concerned about sending a fruit basket to his lawyer who recently suffered a stroke. He then visits Paulie and discovers the painting of Pie-O-My and himself which was supposed to be burned. He immediately takes it down and brings it to a dumpster. As he throws the portrait away, he discovers that the symbolism of the painting is that he is a leader. As Tony Blundetto arrives back at the farm after buying groceries, Tony comes from the side and shoots him in the head. Tony then informs Johnny where Tony B is hiding. When Phil arrives he expects Tony B. to be in the house but is shocked to find his dead corpse lying on a wood pile. Johnny Sack later calls Tony and tells him that "it didn't solve a thing". Tony agrees to meet Johnny the following morning at his house to settle the families' feud. Tony then asks of Christopher's help to retrieve Tony B's body and bury it. They then discuss Adriana's murder and involvement with the FBI. Christopher still feels angered and betrayed by her revelation. AJ plans a party with a friend which turns out to be very successful. He and his friend make $300 each after expenses and drinks. When Carmela and Tony learn about his sudden business scheme, Carmela reveals that AJ asked his guidance counselor which colleges would be suitable for studying event planning. Tony feels awkward believing the major is "gay" but is happy that his son is interested in something. In modern society, gay is a word which can be used as either a noun or adjective. ...
The following morning, Tony meets Johnny and they both manage to make a compromise. Tony apologizes for all that has happened and asks Johnny if he would like a percentage of the Bloomfield Avenue casino. Johnny considers the offer and Tony hopes to continue working with the New York family. However when Tony spots FBI agents coming from the woods, he runs leaving Johnny behind. Shortly after Tony leaves, the FBI raids the Sacramoni home and arrest Johnny. A few hours later with Tony close to his house he calls his lawyer to ask what has happened. Neil informs him that Johnny Sack was brought up on charges which were built with the help of Jimmy Petrille who had cooperated with the FBI for years. Neil advises Tony to be happy since they were not coming for him. In the snowy weather, Tony continues to walk the long route home.
