All Star K! is the first and leading videoke game show on Philippine primetime television. There are seven contestants who sing videoke pieces, filling in the blanks as they go along. After each round, one contestant is booted until two contestants remain. These final two battle it out in the “1 on 1 Sa Katayan” round. The winner then gets a chance to win a million pesos by completely filling in 10 blanks plus the jackpot line of one song.

All Star K! started as K! The 1 Million Peso Videoke Challenge with Arnell Ignacio as host. But when Arnel Ignacio transferred to the rival station ABS-CBN, the show was reformatted into a celebrity game show with RP's Queen of Soul Jaya and comedian Allan K. as hosts Jaya is the Sanskrit word for victory (cognate with Greek bia force).
